This new home is built with the jungle and mountains behind it and the river and ocean at its' front door. We access our home from the village by crossing a small river. Every room in the house has a terrace and a view of the water. All four bedrooms have their own private bathroom. On the ground floor is a large patio with tables and chairs for eating and lounging, as well as an outside shower. There is a main living space which consists of a large living room / kitchen dining room area, which opens onto a large patio where you can dine overlooking the Boca Bay. There is a third floor studio space, approximately 1,500 square ft., which has its' own bathroom and shower. About Us: We are a family of five. We have three children, ages 21, 17, and 12, (old photo above). We spent 6 months in Boca building the Casa while our children attended the local schools. We live in Massachusetts and have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for over twenty years. We have found the community in Boca warm and friendly. Monica is a Social Worker who has worked with the local middle school to establish an ecological group in Boca. Bob is an Artist. You can see his work at www.maslafineart.com or when you are in Puerto Vallarta his work is on exhibit at Gallerie des Artistes.
