Care-givers, recharge and revitalize! We will acknowledge our commitment to the wellbeing of our patients, clients, and students. At the same time, we will dedicate this week to deepening our perceptions of what we want and need for ourselves —physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally. Emphasis will be on recharging our energy and reconnecting with our breath, our wishes, and the natural world around us rather than taking care of others. Along with personal R&R, there will be space and encouragement for each participant to create a painting, sculpture, or special "shamanic craft object", an article, book chapter, or book proposal, with the direct supervision of the artist (Robert Masla) and the writer (Gina Ogden) in residence at the Casa. “You're brilliant—you are doing your soul work and giving it away!
