Early Bird Special register by October 31: $995.00 Private room Non-participant guest: 1,395.00 Early Bird Special: $1,295.00 Workshop Prices are subject to change without notice at the Casa's discretion, price confirmed with registration Workshop Cost does not include: Round trip air transportation from your airport to Puerto Vallarta International airport 1 dinner (night of Gallery Walk in Puerto Vallarta) any modest gratuities you wish to give to the Casa Cooks (Ruby and assitant(s) and House Care Persons - (Sylvia and Faustino), (most guests are inspired and desirous to show their appreciation for their excellent services). People in the past have offered from five to forty five dollars per service persons (4 on staff), depending on their personal means (average tip is $20. - $25. per staff person). And you should know, that the Boca and Puerto Vallarta have numerous shopping opportunities, for art, crafts, clothes, etc., so you'll have to decide how much extra money to pack. What is our Early Bird Special and Why: For all workshops unless noted on page of course description If registration and payment is received in full by October 31st, you qualify The reason for this is that the number of quality accommodations in and around the Boca are very limited and often book up to a year in advance. In order for us to secure your space and to insure we will have enough accommodations to run these workshops (and we are not running around too crazy trying to find space for people), it is extremely helpful to get people to commit to a workshop as soon as possible. Therefore, we have instituted this policy to add incentive for you to act upon your intuition and register early, (now!). It also serves you better, as airfares are often cheaper (and not as booked out) if you make them in advance.
